iHub

iHubs are simple... yet amazing. Everyone we've shown them to has put an order in for one. All their complexity is hidden "under the hood". So, for the user, their simplicity is their strength.

Imagine a virtual meeting space. Like a small office in cyberspace.... where you can pop into... and have all your resources for your staff centralised - like an intranet. But it's all securely online so you can access it from anywhere. Which means you can deploy it across multiple sites.

It's made up of multiple "Rooms". They even feel a bit like rooms.

The first is the "Library Room". You can pop anything you like in there. And structure it how you wish. You can add information (PDFs usually) to the Library... and pop it all in folders. It's all very visual and easy. For example, you could have a Templates area. Or a "Processes" area where you can store all the information for your QIPP programmes.

It's extremely simple.

Maybe you've got some great ideas... and want to share them with the team. Login to your iHUB and pop into the "Ideas Room".. throw your idea into the room.. and ask people to add their thoughts... Simple collaboration. 

Then.... you can "chat" to other members in your iHub in a virtual meeting room... saves driving to see everyone quite so often. You can set up a meeting in the calendar...or... if you see that one of your colleagues is also in the iHub, just request a chat there and then. It's so easy.

Perhaps you're developing documentation and protocols for your organisation and you want people's feedback and insight. So, you can upload your documents to the "Review Room" and get people to make notes against your document. You can then collate those comments and 'close' the review and amend the document with everyone's comments on board.

You can develop Projects (in the Projects Room)... which are open for everyone to see. Or individual lockers (in the "Locker Room") where you can password protect the Locker and select members who can access it.

And, lastly, the system can also be integrated with our eLearning platform... enabling us to provide additional resources for your team to develop their skills.
